Cancellation Policy

  For rentals and guided trips, please provide at least 72-hours notice of cancellation. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly. Texting is preferred at +1 406 219 8882 or email us at info@rmgkayak.c

    If Rocky Mountain Glass Kayak Company cancels your kayak rental or guided tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We prefer issuing refunds rather than automatically rescheduling, allowing you to rebook for a date and time that works best for you.

   In the event of bad weather, storms, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, the decision to cancel will be made solely by Rocky Mountain Glass Kayak Company staff and guides based on current and expected conditions.

Our tours operate rain or shine unless conditions are determined to be unsafe. Rain, clouds, cooler temperatures, or less-than-ideal weather do not automatically result in cancellation.

If you choose not to participate due to weather or personal preference while the tour or rental is still operating, the cancellation will be treated as a customer cancellation and will not qualify for a weather-related refund.

• A full refund will be provided when Rocky Mountain Glass Kayak Company makes the decision to cancel the tour or rental.
